Keptcastle Homes is the house building division of Keptcastle Limited. Established in 1985 by the owner of a successful Yorkshire based practice of Architects and Quantity Surveyors, www.firthpartnership.co.uk, the company was established to invest in land and property.

In 1998 with many years of construction experience the owners of Keptcastle began to construct new homes, initially with an apartment block, Garden Court in Pogmoor Barnsley. The development, close to Junction 37 of the M1 is regarded today as one of the most desirable apartment complexes in Barnsley.

In 1999 Keptcastle acheived NHBC (National House Building Council) registered Developer status and began to earn an enviable reputation for building high quality developments in the local area.

Keptcastle Homes has expanded to build new high quality housing developments across the area and has become synonymous with building competatively priced homes on average 25% more spacious than comparable new homes generally available in the area.
